Due to Panera’s freezer like temperature moved outside to enjoy the nice 70’s of the morning. Yes I know it won’t last long.

Early morning breakfast w Daniel Banks and now setting up at Starbucks. Monday has begun.
Solid morning at Capstone. Now time to get ready for the second part of today’s double header. Speaking at Fountain Inn First Baptist tonight.

Long Run: 6 miles DONE! Now time to get somethings done to take Luke to first Clemson game!
So much to say at the Gathering but I don’t think the Capstoner’s will want me to preach for an HOUR! Whittling it down this morning. It is going to be a powerful Sunday. Also praying for all the churches that will be launching in our area and across the country this weekend.

Word on the street is that everyone tracked well with The Story - from our toddlers in pebble beach to kids in camp rock and adults in auditorium. Way to go Leaders!

Busy Day. Great to see Nancy King and Lisa Harrison Brownlee in the office helping get Pebble Beach and Camp Rock get ready for “The Story” this Sunday!
Tonight there is no runner’s high. After 4 miles feels like someone beat me w a bat!
Great night loving our city at Fridays by the Fountain. Almost 9 gallons of ice cream given away! Way to go Capstone.
We went to meet Luke’s preschool teacher this morning. She informed us that in Jan that will start Spanish. Call me crazy but the kid hasn’t mastered English yet!

Great morning at the Gathering with the Capstone Family. Lunch with the Dukes and then the start of Capstone Discovery. Excited about getting to know this group as they learn about Capstone!
Good Morning! Looking forward to The Gathering this morning. We got some very powerful and meaningful stuff happening today as we make the Gospel tangible through communion together.
Ended first week of half marathon training with first long run (4 miles). Shout Out to Marvin Tabor and Steve Allen for showing that long run they owned!
Pretty relaxing day of playing Mr Mom. Now down to Fridays by the Fountain for some summer time music.

After almost three weeks out of the office in Haiti and Fripp Island it is time to get some work done. Good to start back into the groove of things after a great day yesterday and looking forward to see more fruit this week.

For some reason I have been up since 3:30am. Never been that guy who ever had his sleep disturbed for a sermon. But I guess there is a first time for everything!
95% over stomach bug. Now time to work on Sermon Prep! Excited about brining the Word this weekend at the Gathering.

Capstone Haiti Slideshow from our Summer 2010 Haiti Trip.
Just got the numbers from the Big Give Offering on Sunday and WOWed by the Capstone Family’s generous hearts. We nearly tripled our giving on an average Sunday! Way to live a Generous Life in the shadow of the Cross.
Half Marathon Training starts next week. So running at beach to train for training!
Early morning fishing and swimming at Fripp. Missed the Capstone family again this week, looking forward to being back next week w two absences by my name.

One more day of work and then off to Fripp. It has been a very LONG and BUSY summer of ministry. Looking forward to a week at the beach to refuel and recharge to gear up for what is sure to be an Amazing Fall!
